An airless paint spraying system gives a glass-smooth layer of coating over surfaces that is practically impossible to achieve using a brush or roller. The paint Spray Hose is the most important part in the system.

Paint Spray Hose Structure:

Inner tube: Internal Core is polyamide。

Reinforcement: 1 or 2 layers of high tensile aramidic braid with antistatic polymerice braid。

Outer tube: blue pin pricked polyurethane  high abrasion resistance。

Safety factor: 4:1

Airless Sprayer Hose Application:

Paint sprat gun hose is designed for high pressure airless spray systems, suitable for paint, solvents and aggressive fluids

Temperature: -40℃(-72℃) to +100℃ (+212 °F）
