2. The category of the hose should not only be printed on the packaging, but also on the body of the hose in the form of a trademark.
3. To correctly identify the field in which the steam pipe is used.
4. What is the actual pressure of steam.
5. Can work pressure be achieved.
6. What is the temperature of steam.
7. Is saturated steam high humidity steam or dry high-temperature steam.
8. What is the expected frequency of use.
9. What are the external conditions for the use of rubber hoses.
10. Confirm if there is any overflow or accumulation of corrosive chemicals or oils, as contact with these substances will damage the outer rubber of the pipe.
2）、 Installation and storage of pipes:
1. Determine the pipe joint for steam hose, which is installed outside the pipe and its tightness can be adjusted as needed.
2. Install the connector according to the production instructions. Check the firmness of the joints based on the purpose of each pipe.
3. Do not excessively bend the pipe near the joint.
4. When not in use, reasonable methods should be used to preserve the pipes.
5. Placing it on a shelf or pallet can reduce the damage of the stored pipes.
6. Do not hang the pipe on hooks or nails, or other instruments that may damage the pipe.

3）、 Regular maintenance and upkeep of steam hoses:
Steam hoses should be replaced in a timely manner, and the pipes should be regularly checked for safe use. Operators should pay attention to the following signs:
1. The outer protective layer is soaked or bulged.
2. The outer layer of the pipe is cut and the strong layer is exposed.
3. There is a leak at the joint or on the pipe body.
4. The flattened or knotted parts of the pipe are damaged.
5. The decrease in airflow indicates that the pipe is expanding.
6. When any abnormal signs mentioned above appear, the pipe should be replaced in a timely manner.
7. The replaced pipe should be carefully inspected before reuse.
4）、 Safety:
1. Operators should wear safety protective clothing, including gloves, rubber boots, long protective clothing, eye protection, which are mainly used to prevent burns from steam or hot water.
2. Ensure that the workspace is safe and orderly.
3. Check if the joints on each pipe are secure.
4. When not in use, do not keep the pipe in a pressure resistant state. Closing the pressure can extend the service life of the pipe.
