The inner rubber layer of the automotive air conditioning hose is made of EPDM rubber, the reinforcement layer is polyester braided, and the outer rubber layer is also EPDM rubber, formed through extrusion coating. It features low permeability and high-temperature resistance, enabling use in environments ranging from -40°C to 140°C, and even in high-temperature conditions up to 160°C.

  The primary function of the automotive cooling system is to promptly dissipate the heat absorbed by heated components, ensuring the engine operates at the optimal temperature. The cooling water hose is a flexible conduit connecting the engine to the radiator. Its main role is to circulate coolant and facilitate heat dissipation, thereby safeguarding the engine's safety and proper functioning.

1、Cooling water hoses

  At present, the working temperature of cooling water hoses in China has reached 125 ℃, and they are produced using sulfur vulcanized EPDM rubber. The rubber hose consists of three layers: an inner layer (EPDM), a reinforcement layer, and an outer layer (EPDM).

2、Automotive air conditioning hose

   The inner rubber layer of the car air conditioning hose is made of EPDM rubber, the reinforcement layer is woven polyester, and the outer rubber layer is made of EPDM rubber, which is extruded and wrapped. It has the advantages of low permeability and high temperature resistance. It can be used in environments ranging from -40 to 140 ℃, and even in high-temperature environments up to 160 ℃. Automotive air conditioning hose is a hose product with high technical requirements, and its key technical indicator is low permeability.

3、Automotive brake hose

   In addition to its resistance to brake fluid, automotive brake hoses must also have good aging resistance and moisture permeability. Previously, styrene butadiene rubber was the main material for the inner rubber layer of automotive brake hoses. Recently, due to the emergence of maintenance free cars, the increase in working environment temperature of brake fluid, and the use of high boiling point brake fluid, EPDM or EPDM/butyl rubber has shown a trend to replace SBR.
